Table Plan Design

We don’t design all our table plans in-house, but we work with a brilliant external designer who will create something really lovely for you.

To provide us with your table plan details please download and complete the template using the link here or below and email it back to us at team@tohaveandtohireevents.com.

Details from the form will be copied and pasted into the design, so it’s really important everything is spelled correctly and names listed as you would like them to appear.

You will receive a designed proof to check, make changes and approve before anything is finalised. So we would ask that you get your template over to us as soon as you can so we can get working on the design. Then just keep an eye on your emails so you don’t miss the proof.

If you have a particular font or style in mind, just include that when you send it over. If not, don’t worry at all — the designer will select something that is easily readable and looks great.
