To Have & To Hire Events® was established in 2015 by Company Director, Sara Ellis, and has had the honour of being involved in over 8,000 weddings and events - and counting! Our amazing creatives team are led by our senior management team, who together, have a wealth of knowledge, experience and qualifications to deliver a high standard of service. Our experience maybe vast, but our focus is on you.
We have been awarded “Best Venue Stylist for the South East” on numerous occasions by The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA) and Sara is now a TWIA judge.

We are also constantly researching new and vibrant trends and themes, aquiring new stock pieces on a regular basis. From weddings to themed corporate events, cultural and relegious festivals, we have created bespoke styling for all requirements. As recommended supplier for many venues across Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, London and the home counties, we will stay in contact with you and your venue throughout planning and installation process. We also work with a collective team of suppliers who we trust.
With so much experience, comes trusted relationships we have nurtured with events venues. We’ve worked with hundreds of venues, giving you peace of mind, free to enjoy your big day in the knowledge that we are working with your venue teams behind the scenes to create your magic. We also love working with new venues - either way, we have your chosen venue covered. We know our venues inside and out and their teams know how we work, so that we can collaborate on your behalf.

What's your ‘vibe’?
Deciding on your ‘vibe’ is exciting - and a little bewildering. Choosing your preferred style or theme that you and your guests will love, requires an open mind and few simple tools to help you get started. Check out our ‘Venue Inspiration’ page to ignite your own ideas, then take a look at ‘Items To Hire’ page for individual pieces. Look at the detail, every item has been carefully selected and placed to form part of the ‘vibe’. Make notes if needed, and this will help you with your wishlist. Add items directly to your wishlist from ‘Items To Hire’ page and build up your ‘cart’. TOP TIP: your chosen venue may be featured within the ‘Venue Inspiration’ galleries, this will help you visualise your chosen style.
We suggest a mood board with notes of your chosen pieces, colours and accessories, then you’re ready select pieces to make your wishlist - press send and we will do the rest.
Its fair to say that it is almost impossible to showcase every look and style we can create. If you have a specific idea in mind, please do contact us we may be able to work our creative magic for you.
From your first message to the last dance at your reception, we’re here to make moment beautiful, personal, and completely stress-free.
Communication is key and we aim to get back to you within two working days. We offer services to accomodate all budgets from £200.00 where clients can hire items on a DIY service.
